Refund and Returns Policy

 

At All Grace African Market, we always strive to ensure that all our customers receive excellent services when shopping with us.

Refunds are only available for goods that arrive damaged or missing. For goods that arrive damaged or missing, please email us on sales@allgraceafricanmarket.co.uk 

 

For non-perishable goods, there’s a 48hours window in order to receive a refund and refund is only applicable if received damaged or missing. 

 

For perishable goods, there’s a 24hour window in order to receive refund or exchange and this is only applicable for items that are received damaged or missing. 

 

Please be reminded that a photograph showing the problem might be requested if it is something that can be seen by inspecting the Items.

 

Refund will be provided for the damaged or missing items on the same form of payment. This might take 3-10 business days. 

 

For exchange of missing or damaged items, we will take responsibility of sending the item/s to you. 

 

Please note that products received might be slightly different in packaging to those displayed on our website if unsure about any product please do not hesitate to contact us.

For cancellation of order, this must be done within 3hours of placing the order by emailing us  and quoting your order number
